YoFluent

Terms of Use

Last updated 15 October 2026

By using YoFluent you agree to these terms. If you get the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

The service

YoFluent lets you practise spoken English with AI tutors and get feedback. Tutors and feedback are generated by AI: they can be wrong, and they are a practice tool, not a certified assessment or professional advice.

YoFluent Pro and the free trial

  • Calls with a tutor need YoFluent Pro or a free trial. There is no free plan.
  • The yearly plan can start with a free trial of YoFluent Pro, once per account. On the web a card is needed to start it; on iPhone the App Store handles it. The monthly plan has no trial. When the trial ends, the plan you chose starts and is charged, unless you cancel before then (from Settings › Pro on the web, or in your App Store subscriptions on iPhone). The date of the first charge is shown before you start.
  • YoFluent Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks calls with every tutor, in every scenario.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Your account

You’re responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time in the app, which permanently deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t use YoFluent to break the law, harass others, try to extract or misuse the AI systems, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, these terms, or what’s included in each plan. We’ll update the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. The service is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows.
