Fluently is an AI language tutor. Its listing says it helps you “learn languages through real conversations with your personal AI tutor”: you talk about topics you enjoy, get instant corrections, and follow a personalised programme. The pitch is “learn through speaking, not endless grammar drills”, with support for vocabulary and grammar, pronunciation feedback and progress tracking, and practice for interviews, meetings, travel and everyday conversations.

You can download it for free, but the product is paid. The listing describes the useful part as Fluently Premium, which renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and it does not mention a free trial or a free plan.
